Suppliers generally impose penalties for refunds. In addition to these penalties,
allcruisetrips.com will charge a post-ticketing service fee on a per-ticket, per-person basis.
These fees will be applied only if the refund is authorized by the supplier or a waiver is
granted, and if Cruise or supplier rules allow such refunds. If the supplier does not process
the refund, we will refund our post-ticketing service fees but not the booking fees for the
original reservation.

Our Post-Payment Price Guarantee ensures that once your payment (via credit/debit card) is successfully processed, we will honor the total final quoted price of your Cruise, regardless of any subsequent fare changes or fluctuations.

Cruise may be overbooked by Cruises, so even if your reservation is confirmed, there's a chance a seat won't be available. The Cruise will initially look for volunteers to forfeit their reservations in the case of an overbooking in exchange for payment at the Cruise's discretion.
